The new year is a time for fresh beginnings, but we often carry unresolved dynamics from our family system that can unconsciously shape our lives, thwarting a new way of living. In constellations we look at family and systemic entanglements that keep us tied to self-defeating patterns that confine us to the same and often painful dynamics. This work is for anyone who feels stuck in old patterns or simply wishes to step into the new year with a renewed sense of clarity and peace.
In this constellation workshop series, we will release the old by gently bringing to light and helping shift the ancestral burdens and hidden dynamics that may be limiting us. We will embrace the new by creating space for new, loving energy to flow into our lives. By honoring what came before, we can free ourselves from repeating inherited patterns. By observing and participating in constellations that often mirror our own family dynamics, we often gain a fresh perspective that supports deeper compassion and understanding for ourselves and for others and helps us more fully access our sacred life-force energy. In these workshops, participants will have an opportunity to
- receive personal constellations and represent in the constellations of others
- through representing, increase their ability to perceive energy, a useful tool in its own right
- begin to create a sacred community with other like-minded souls and seekers
