Love is the answer.

This I know to be true. For the last dozen years or so, I have been on a mission. A mission to understand my story and my life. But understanding does not happen in a vacuum. In my experience, it takes lots and lots of work. A lot of the work has been enjoyable. Some of it has been very painful. All of it has been leading me closer and closer to my truth. I know I would not be where I am today had I not found trusting women who are interested in learning their truths, sharing their stories and asking tough questions of themselves and others. Hearing women’s stories is powerful. In my transformation, I have engaged in many different practices that I now feel compelled to share with other women. Five Hearts communities are groups of open-hearted women that meet regularly to further a common intention. I hope you will read about this initiative and consider becoming a part. It is free and requires no experience and no costly materials, but could well be a catalyst to healing in your life. When we show up for each other in love and truth, anything is possible.
